Please note: this function is not a substitute for paying your routine rent. Routine rent payments should continue as normal.
Use this pay function for making one-off payments to your rent account or for making arrears payments by credit or debit card.
- Enter the amount to pay.
- If you are unsure of the exact amount due, please get in touch.
- Click the Pay Now button.
- Enter your email address.
- Enter the tenant's name, the first line of tenant's address and choose the payment type.
- Enter the details for your payment method.
- Click Pay.

Your payment will be applied to your account within 7 working days.
