Veterans Housing Scotland provides homes to 650 disabled veterans and their families in Scotland.

In recognition of the military service our veterans have given to the nation, often in difficult and dangerous times, the charity sets our private rents at well below social housing levels.  This alone is significant but we also now provide access to wellbeing support so we can truly achieve our aim of Building Lives – Building Communities.

There is an ongoing requirement to not only maintain our current properties but also provide more homes as demand increases.  We believe that there is a requirement to provide 300 homes over the next ten years for disabled veterans. Providing 30 homes per year comes at a considerable price and therefore we ask if you can consider helping us through donating what you can.

Veterans Housing Scotland found me the perfect place, not just for my disability but for my interests. I’m a nature lover and enjoy lots of wildlife at the nearby loch; this has improved my quality of life.
