Veterans Housing Scotland serves all who have served our country, regardless of their service duration. Our diverse beneficiaries are united by their dedication to the armed forces and their need for affordable housing. They include:

  • Disabled Veterans - Our primary beneficiaries are disabled veterans needing suitable housing. They may have physical or mental health challenges, requiring affordable housing with comprehensive support.
  • Disabled Veterans Facing Homelessness - We provide stable housing solutions for veterans facing homelessness, offering a supportive environment to rebuild their lives with dignity.
  • Disabled Veterans with Families - We support veterans with families by providing affordable homes, easing financial burdens, and ensuring a safe, comfortable place to call home.
  • Disabled Older Veterans - Our strategy caters to the changing needs of older veterans, offering accommodations that promote independence and community.
  • Wounded Service Personnel - We provide priority housing for service personnel injured during their service, supporting their rehabilitation and ongoing care.
  • Disabled Veterans Experiencing Financial Hardship - We offer affordable housing to veterans facing financial struggles, providing stability and support during tough times.
  • Disabled Veterans Leaving the Criminal Justice System—We support veterans' reintegration into society by offering stable housing and access to rehabilitation programs and mental health services.
  • Beneficiaries Who Are Not Disabled Veterans but Succeed a Tenancy - We extend support to individuals who succeed the tenancy of veterans, recognising the veteran’s legacy and commitment to serving our country.
