To ensure your planned work will be accepted, please read over the following guidance note before continuing with your request:
Suitable materials must be used. It will be the tenant’s responsibility to alter and/or replace any associated pipework to enable a new tap to be installed.
The external tap and pipework should be protected from frost. The tenant will be responsible for the cost of any damage caused as a result of not protecting the tap.
All holes created in walls for pipework to be fully sealed.
On termination of the tenancy, we may ask you to remove the tap and all associated pipework, filling any fixing holes as required.
