We will not unreasonably refuse alterations to our properties.  However, we must ensure our properties remain affordable to maintain, are safe and compliant with legislation and are able to continue to meet the needs of veterans in Scotland who are disabled.  Alterations to our homes require our written consent before any works are undertaken. Please note that we will not be liable for any costs associated with lifting, moving or re-establishing any alteration if we or our contractors require access to carry out any work.
